Approach
Our objective was to guide and support Encore Event Technologies’ APAC team, based in Sydney with strategic branding advice, technical website strategy and insights during their brand transition. We drove leads for their Singapore office through a hyper-targeted paid digital campaign targeting corporate event planners and PCOs and showcased Encore’s full-service creative production capabilities through targeted PR, thought leadership, blog content and media placements.
Strategy
Milestone was engaged by Encore Event Technologies to provide strategic guidance across two key projects. We developed a Brand Positioning Strategy to define and articulate their integrated creative production services for the business events market, delivered through a collaborative workshop and written strategy. We were also engaged to conduct a website domain and SEO strategic review, providing clear, best-practice recommendations for domain transition and site integration.
Digital
To help drive new business to Encore’s Singapore office, Milestone Creative implemented a highly targeted paid digital marketing campaign across Google Search Network (GSN) and Meta from 1 November to 6 February. The campaign generated 1,347,205 impressions, 8,285 clicks, and 124 qualified conversions. Based on Encore’s average deal size and assuming the conversion of just 13 of these leads, the campaign is estimated to have delivered approximately $84,000 in revenue, representing a 6.6x return on ad spend (ROAS). The results highlight the impact of paid digital when strategically targeted and tailored to Encore’s service offerings and key Singapore market segments.

Milestone developed a strategic content plan to position Encore as a leader in fully integrated creative production. We identified key blog topics aligned with business objectives and crafted several blog articles showcasing Encore’s expertise. These were published across Encore’s website and social channels, then condensed into pieces for leading business events trade publications – driving awareness and reinforcing Encore’s thought leadership position.
Publicity
Milestone managed targeted publicity for several major global incentives delivered by Encore’s APAC team. This included developing media strategies, coordinating stakeholder interviews, producing media briefing materials, releases and the strategy behind content clip production. We conducted outreach to Business Events, HR, major mastheads and business media, securing strong coverage that showcased Encore’s expertise in delivering large-scale, high-impact incentive events.
