SYDNEY’S WEST 2017

Milestone stood alongside our project counterparts to proudly launch “Sydney’s West” – a significant project we’ve been working on for 5 months.

Milestone’s development work involved developing the food trail, including research, induction and writing content for restaurateurs, bars, clubs and cafes; plus consolidating product then populating the app including hotels, B&B, activities, trails, hikes, special interest and family activities.

This launch was the first phase of a long-term project that will re-position Sydney’s West as a place to work, live, enjoy and invest.

The purpose of the event was launch the website and app that syndicates this array of products, services, hikes, trails, accommodation, venues, restaurants, bars and clubs plus special offers. The long term vision is to grow the visitor economy to Sydney’s West, through tourism, business, education, FIT, VFF and more. What a pleasure and honour to have Hon. Adam Marshall MP officially launch the program.

As part of the initiative, Western Sydney Business Connection announced Sydney’s West Marketing, a new initiative aimed at driving long-term visitation to the area.

SYDNEY’S WEST REPOSITIONING PROJECT 2017

Milestone was engaged through the first phases of project development. The brief was to identify and engage with food and beverage operators and invite them to participate in the Food Trail, with listings on the new website and app.

The objective of this project is to build local engagement, encourage visitation to Sydney’s West and re-position Sydney’s West as a great destination to live, work and visit. The ultimate goal: to establish Sydney’s West as an attractor for investors and exceptional talent.
