Website Access

Admin Access to Website Backend and Ticketing Platform

 

 

 

1. Access Requirements
Milestone Creative requires full admin access to:
  • Your website backend (CMS, e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace)
  • Your ticketing platform (if applicable)

This is necessary to add tracking codes, pixels, and conversion scripts.

2. Granting Access to Your Website Backend
A. WordPress
  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Go to Users → Add New.
  3. Enter marketing@milestonecreative.com.au.
  4. Select Role → Administrator.
  5. Click Add New User.
  6. Confirm that the user appears in the All Users list.
B. Shopify
  1. Log in to Shopify Admin.
  2. Go to Settings → Users and Permissions.
  3. Click Add Staff.
  4. Enter marketing@milestonecreative.com.au.
  5. Tick Full Access.
  6. Click Send Invite.
C. Wix
  1. Log in to Wix.
  2. Go to Settings → Roles & Permissions → Invite People.
  3. Enter marketing@milestonecreative.com.au.
  4. Select Admin.
  5. Click Send Invite.
D. Squarespace
  1. Log in to Squarespace.
  2. Go to Settings → Permissions → Invite Contributor.
  3. Enter marketing@milestonecreative.com.au.
  4. Choose Administrator.
  5. Click Send Invite.

 

3. Granting Access to Ticketing Platform
  1. Log in to your ticketing platform (e.g., Eventbrite, Universe, TryBooking).
  2. Go to Account Settings → Users / Team / Permissions.
  3. Click Invite User.
  4. Enter marketing@milestonecreative.com.au.
  5. Assign Admin / Full Access role.
  6. Click Send Invite.
  7. Confirm Milestone Creative appears in the users list.

 

 

 

4. Adding Tracking Codes / Pixels
Once access is granted, Milestone Creative will:
  1. Add Meta Pixel, Google Analytics / GA4, Google Ads Conversion, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, or other relevant tracking codes.
  2. Ensure all codes are correctly implemented via:
    • Direct insertion in website header/footer, or
    • Using Google Tag Manager if preferred.

  3. Test and verify each pixel is firing correctly using platform-specific tools (e.g., Meta Pixel Helper, Tag Assistant).
