Spotify Ads Access Setup

1. Access Requirements
You need to provide Milestone Creative with access to your Spotify Ad Studio account. If you do not yet have an account, follow the setup instructions below.

2. Granting Access to an Existing Spotify Ad Studio Account
  1. Go to adstudio.spotify.com and sign in.
  2. Click your Profile Icon → Account Settings.
  3. Scroll to Users or Team Members.
  4. Click Add User.
  5. Enter marketing@milestonecreative.com.au.
  6. Assign Admin access.
    • Admin: Full access to create and manage campaigns, add billing, and view reports.
       
  7. Click Send Invite.
  8. Confirm Milestone Creative appears as an active user once accepted.

 

 

3. If the Client Has No Spotify Ad Studio Account
A. Create a Spotify Ad Studio Account
  1. Go to adstudio.spotify.com.
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. Enter your Business Name, Email, and Password.
  4. Verify your email.
  5. Complete your Business Profile including Country, Website, and Industry.
B. Add Milestone Creative
  1. Go to Account Settings → Users.
  2. Click Add User.
  3. Enter marketing@milestonecreative.com.au.
  4. Assign Admin access.
  5. Click Send Invite.

 

 

4. Adding Billing / Payment Method
  1. In your Spotify Ad Studio account, go to Billing → Payment Method.
  2. Click Add Payment Method.
  3. Enter your Credit or Debit Card details.
  4. Save and confirm the payment method.
  5. Ensure this method is linked to the correct Ad Studio account before running campaigns.

 

 

 

5. Optional – Pixel / Conversion Tracking
Spotify Ad Studio currently has limited pixel support.
  • Campaign tracking is usually managed through the Ad Studio dashboard.
  • For advanced conversion tracking on your website, coordinate with Milestone Creative to use Google Tag Manager or UTM parameters on links in ads.
