Snapchat Ads Access Setup

 

1. Access Requirements
You need to provide Milestone Creative with access to your Snapchat Ads Manager account.
 If you don’t have one, follow the setup instructions below.

2. Granting Access to an Existing Snapchat Ads Account
A. Share Access via Business Manager
  1. Go to business.snapchat.com and sign in.
  2. Click your Business Name in the top left corner.
  3. Select Business Settings.
  4. Under Members, click + Invite Members.
  5. Enter marketing@milestonecreative.com.au.
  6. Select Organisation Role: Organisation Admin.
  7. Under Ad Accounts, choose the relevant Ad Account and set role to Admin.
  8. Click Invite.
  9. Confirm Milestone Creative appears as an active user once the invitation is accepted.

 

 

3. If the Client Has No Snapchat Ads Account
A. Create a Snapchat Business Account
  1. Go to business.snapchat.com.
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. Enter your business name, email address, and password.
  4. Follow the prompts to create your Business Profile.
  5. Once logged in, open Business Settings.
  6. Click Ad Accounts → + Create Ad Account.
  7. Choose your Currency and Time Zone.
  8. Click Save.

     

B. Add Milestone Creative
  1. In Business Settings, go to Members → + Invite Members.
  2. Enter marketing@milestonecreative.com.au.
  3. Assign Organisation Admin and Ad Account Admin roles.
  4. Click Invite.

 

 

4. Adding Billing / Payment Method
  1. Go to Business Settings → Ad Accounts.
  2. Select your Ad Account.
  3. Click Billing Centre → Add Payment Method.
  4. Enter your Credit or Debit Card details.
  5. Set this as your Primary Payment Method.
  6. Confirm and save.

     

     

 

5. Optional – Add a Snapchat Pixel
To enable conversion tracking and audience retargeting:
  1. In your Ads Manager, go to Menu → Events Manager.
  2. Click New Event Source → Web → Set Up Snap Pixel.
  3. Name your Pixel and click Confirm.
  4. Copy the Pixel code.
  5. Send this code to your web developer or Milestone Creative to install on your site via Google Tag Manager.
