Meeting Planner’s Guide & Business Events Itineraries

Milestone was engaged by Destination Central Coast to develop the region’s Business Events itineraries, research the region’s accommodation and hotel facilities and write and design the Meeting Planner’s Guide to the Central Coast.

Just an hour’s drive north of Sydney or south of Newcastle, the region is fast becoming a popular location for hosting corporate meetings, incentives, conferences, and team building in NSW. Those looking beyond traditional conference facilities and meeting rooms will find off-beat locations ranging from lavish ballrooms and converted cinemas to boutique breweries and seaside hideaways.

We look forward to seeing this beautiful region emerge as a strong destination for Business Events of all kinds.

As an extension of our work, Milestone has been engaged to develop an evocative business events video, highlighting the region’s many event spaces and leisure activities. The intention of this video is to reposition the Central Coast as a business events destination. More exciting content coming soon.

RESEARCH

Milestone researched and collected data from venues on the Central Coast to be incorporated into the brochure as well as other business event, local economic and tourism statistics.

| Design sitemap with page hierarchy that clearly displays the student journey, employing the ‘Nested pages’ plugin for page management and organisation.

| Design and submit 10 wireframe templates for client approval.

| Incorporating new website features including breadcrumbs and site navigation right-hand columns to assist with student navigation and ease-of-use.

| Embedded Vimeo lecture videos within subject week landing pages and in-built drop-down elements to easily organise page content.

| Build of over 700 unique portal web-pages.
