Tourism & Accommodation Careers

The Accommodation Association of Australia (AAoA) engaged Milestone to develop branding and produce creative assets for the Tourism and Accommodation Careers (TAC) project.

Milestone developed the campaign name, researched and created the branding, graphic elements, typography and style. We also developed the website including UX, content and the technical build. We scripted, filmed and produced two inspiring videos from host partners and early careers professionals to encourage young people to join the program and consider a career in tourism.

Other creative elements included infographics, pull-up banner, media wall, printed collateral, PowerPoint templates, an invitation and electronic newsletters.

Video Production.

The Milestone Creative team pre-produced, scripted, filmed and post-produced 2x 3 minute promotional videos, to promote the project on the website, socials, through DET and stakeholder platforms.

Milestone liaised directly with Advisory Group stakeholders, venues and the talent to organise a full day of filming in three Sydney hotel locations for the “Hotel stakeholders clip” which provided an overview of the project and the regional student careers program. Filming was done ‘interview’ style with talent answering set questions, with additional B-Roll of the hotel and its staff members part of the film shoot. The onsite filming complied with current COVID-19 restrictions with strict plans put in place. The second video, required young professionals within the Accommodation and Tourism Industry to answer set questions that were provided to them using Milestone’s detailed filming guidelines so they could self-film in their workplace and submit to Milestone for post-production.

WEBSITE DESIGN

Milestone managed the brand, build and content for the TAC website. We developed UX and wireframes, content, site design, customised and completed the build.

BRAND + DESIGN

Researched Gen Z global trends within brand concepts, graphic elements, typography and style. Developed simple and bright infographics, brochures, invitations, electronic newsletters and PowerPoint templates.

CONTENT + COPYWRITING

Developed the scripts, filmed and post-produced two inspiring TVCs from host hotel partners and early career professionals.

ACTIVATIONS

Designed and printed a pull-up banner and media wall for the launch event and student information sessions.
