3Bridges’s inaugural NAIDOC week celebration
3Bridges is a community that provides support for families, youth, and at-risk community members through support groups & community outreach. In 2022, they held their first NAIDOC Week celebration, hosted at Penshurst park. The event featured an Indigenous cultural smoking ceremony, markets, a sausage sizzle and various sporting activities.
3Bridges engaged Milestone Creative to manage their on-site content generation for the day. This included gathering photography & videography, posting on social media throughout the event and engaging with the social media audiences.

On-site content which Milestone posted on the
3Bridges social media channels gained 1,000 organic impressions per post over the 7 posts of on-site content.
Across the course of the project, Milestone Creative’s Social Media & Content Manager developed a detailed content calendar which featured the events dedicated content pillars, including on-site content at the event, specific programs to highlight within the events, sponsor posts and other various key moments that the event organisers wanted to focus on.
The biggest challenge was making sure our on-site team were able to capture all of the required content within the events program, editing the footage and imagery, writing the copy, uploading to the social media channels and live community engagement – all within a very short turn around. This required a highly coordinated and organised schedule, so that all items were met.
